GBS Delivery Center, Kochi

The GBS Delivery Center at Kochi, Kerala is the company’s latest diversification venture. The first phase of the project, a 48-seater Call Center, was inaugurated in May 2003 and now has the capacity for 100 seats. Further expansion is planned for the near future.


The state-of-the-art Center covers an area of over 17000 Sq. ft. with facilities such as well equipped training center, cafeteria, indoor game courts etc.



The GBS Delivery Center has chosen proven and robust technologies to achieve superior quality and cost effective solutions. The center has Avaya PDS and ACD, Alcatel Muxes and Nice Voice logger along with IBM servers and desktops. IPLC link with USA is managed by VSNL at India end and Telecom Italia at US end.


  People & Training  

The Center employs trained graduates as Customer Service Representatives [CSR]. The CSRs are highly trained and committed to meet targets in a stipulated timeframe. The in-house training program, spread over three weeks, trains CSRs to meet the challenges of the industry. The training sessions mainly focus on enhancing their skills in listening, accent, linguistic abilities, telephone etiquettes and other interpersonal skills apart from helping them overcome cross-cultural differences.
