Shirley Wilson is our CEO and she was appointed to this position by our Board to strategically align our Value Propositions on May 1, 2006. Ms. Wilson previously held the position of Chief Information Officer for GBS. As the CIO, she was the key driving force behind the company's Information Technology Strategies, Offerings, Partners and Delivery Models that resulted in securing several strategic contracts, i.e., State of New York, the Navy SeaPort e as a partner and GBS’ initial $1.8m contract for IT Re- engineering. With these successes and her vast experiences with Fortune 500 companies, the Board felt that her Strategic Vision and Leadership would be key for GBS’ continued success. Ms. Wilson has been with GBS since its inception and is one of the Founders. Her distinct no-nonsense style and her name has become synonymous with Win-Win Initiatives, Quality, Value Added Customer Services and Forging Strong Business Relationships.
